One Time Services

We will send out on of our pest professionals to do a targeted one time service on your home with no additional commitments required!

All one time services include the following:

• Complete treatment of the inside of your home targeting the specific pest problem that you are experiencing.
• Liquid perimeter treatment around all exterior doors, windows and utility openings to prevent pest reinfestation.
• A complete granular perimeter treatment for 10” around the structure to control pests living adjacent to your home foundation.
• NO contracts required!!

Why Have An Ongoing Service?

There are many pests in our area. Some share our dinner table, eating our food, and contaminating it. Some bite, including bed bugs (on the rise since 1999), mosquitoes, Asian Lady Beetles, some ants, including pharaoh ants which feed on flesh wounds. Some insects sting, causing allergic reactions, and even death. Others can gnaw on wires and start fires. Some spread disease, like flies, birds, some ants, bats, mosquitos, and more. Others cause fear, or just make your house look unkept, like spiders.

Our “Pest Free” Home Protection Plan

Ameritech’s “Pest Free” Home Protection Plan is a quarterly home service (every three months), although the service schedule/frequency may be customized to fit your needs. Customers on our “Pest Free” Home Protection Plan are FULLY GUARANTEED throughout the year. In other words, in the unlikely event you ever need additional service, just call and we will schedule an additional appointment at no cost, regardless of when your regularly scheduled treatment is.

We start with a Comprehensive Initial Interior Pest Control Service that includes:

• Crack and Crevice treatment at all exterior doorways and window sills, pipe entrance points under sinks and in walls, Inaccessible areas behind large appliances, inside closets, and utility areas with long-lasting residual products.
• Injection into all first floor bath traps under bath tubs with long lasting residual products.
• Placement of ant and roach bait stations in specific locations within the residence.
• Treatment of all attic spaces with long lasting residual products.
• Treatment of crawlspace areas with long lasting residual products.

Then we perform an extensive perimeter service that includes:

• Treatment at all entry points such as doorways and windows with long-lasting residual products.
• Crack & Crevice treatment at all pipe and utility penetrations on the exterior of the home with long-lasting residual products.
• Treatment of all brick weep-holes with long-lasting residual products.
• Apply long lasting granular materials and baits within a 10’ perimeter surrounding the structure.

After the initial visits, quarterly service follows on a pre arranged schedule, If you have a problem between regular services, we will retreat your home at no additional charge.

Covered Pests

The covered pests are ants, spiders, crickets, centipedes, silverfish, waterbugs, sowbugs, millipedes, scorpions, bee/wasp/hornet nests, and rodents.
